Eligibility for Returns
- No Returns for Orders Below ₹1499: Products priced below ₹1499 are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Returnable Products: Products priced ₹1499 or above can be returned if:
- The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- An incorrect product was delivered.
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Return Window
- You must initiate a return request within 2 days of receiving your order. Any requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
Defective Product Reporting
- If the product is defective or damaged, please report the issue within 2 hours of delivery by contacting us. Failure to report within this timeframe may void the eligibility for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable, regardless of price:
- Products purchased during clearance sales or promotions.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products that have been damaged due to improper use or mishandling by the customer.
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide Details: Share your order ID, product details, and a description (with images, if applicable) of the issue.
- Approval: If your return request is approved, we will guide you on how to return the product.
Refunds Policy
- Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
- For eligible returns, we recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
